The guest house is situated in a peaceful rural area, far away from noise and traffic and is surrounded by vineyards where grapes for the excellent local Dogliani wine are grown, and  quiet hazel groves. The La Romana estate's most important agricultural activities are the cultivation of the prestigious local variety of hazel, the 'tonda gentile delle Langhe' and the production of Dogliani Dolcetto wine. In addition, guests will find farm animals and free-range chickens for egg production.
